Sizing Information: Comes in 3 degrees of resistance: 30 (small), 45 (medium), 60 (large).
- 30 (small) – Advanced 11-12, best starter size for EVERYONE over 13
- 45 (medium)– Advanced 15+ year olds with 3+ years of experience
- 60 (large)– 15-18 can use for PULL sets, College only should use for kick
